Indicative information
Any route notes, pricing ranges, calculator outputs, or planning details are indicative. Final vehicle allocation, pricing, permits, parking, route access, and trip acceptance must be confirmed directly by Kashmir Transport Solutions.
No automatic booking confirmation
Submitting a form, calculating a quote, or downloading a guide does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance, payment terms, and vehicle assignment are agreed.
Partner responsibility
Agencies must provide accurate itinerary details, guest count, pickup locations, hotel list, travel dates, route requirements, and passenger contact information where needed.
